Must have their primary place of business headquartered in Eastern Washington
At least 50% of ownership must lie with individuals residing within this area.
Must be free to make their own business decisions without the need for approval by owners or affiliates outside the area (this does not bar participation in decisions by minority owners residing outside the area).
Must adhere and be aligned with SIMBA’s mission, visions, and values

+ Student Business Owner Membership (starting at $50 annually)
Student Business Owner Memberships
For actively enrolled college students, this membership is $50 annually or $5 monthly and includes all the same benefits as the Supporting Business Membership. Proof of active enrollment is required—simply email us at info@spokaneindependent.org to get started.
