· SCAM & FRAUD PROTECTION. Scammers send mail to business addresses and registered agents. We can help sort that for you in advance to save you from scammers.

· MAIL SERVICES. we will scan any official mail for your business and email it no later than the next business day. Mail forwarding is not an included option or SIMBA offering.

Included services:

· SIMBA will be your official registered agent for the entire calendar year

· Optional: Use SIMBA's address for your business address, so you can leave your personal address private

· Official mail scanning

Cost: $50 annually for all included services for non-members. Discounts for paid SIMBA Business Members! The cost DOES NOT include any direct costs incurred from the Secretary of State for Annual Reports. The customer is responsible for that cost. SIMBA will complete your annual report and bill you directly for the incurred costs for your convenience.
